In order to extend your board's lifespan, we recommend adding some cutting board care and maintenance to your routine!
Once a month, apply board butter (a bees wax and food-safe mineral oil blend), which is an incredible way to rejuvenate your board and give it a fresh seal and shine!
We make our own board butter and use it to finish and buff all of our food-safe products.
For maintenance purposes, use a clean cloth and a quarter-size scoop of board butter to polish both surfaces, plus all 4 sides of the board. Add more as needed depending on board size. Coat the board evenly and set out to dry for 24hrs. We recommend propping up the board while drying so it can dry evenly.
One tin of board butter should last 1+ years with regular monthly use.
