Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) is a comprehensive intervention used by physical and occupational therapists to treat children with gross motor impairments.

We make DMI equipment used in the therapy, consisting of the following items:

A full box set includes 2 long boards, 2 slotted boxes, 2 cubes, 2 large boxes, 2 small boxes, and 1 platform for a total of 11 items.

Once the order is placed, depending on material availability and order volume shipment will be sent within 1-6 weeks and shipping within North America typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on the time of year.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival to check for anything damaged in shipment. Claims will only be accepted for 7 days from the date of delivery.

The boxes come unsealed to maintain a surface that has a good grip and prevent slipping. If you would like to seal the wood, we recommend using a product such as the Slip Doctors Anti-Slip spray for wood which will both seal the wood and create a textured non-slip surface on the boxes to ensure safety whilst using the boxes.

** Please Note that starting January 1st, 2026 we will be starting to produce box sets in the United States. This will eliminate tariff charges. If you need to order boxes now for a time sensitive order, we can ship them from Canada with tariffs applied, but if you can wait until the new year tariff charges will be removed from all orders.
